Would you believe this little darling kept us up half the night? She refused to go to bed until almost midnight. Wide awake. Angered by the mere idea of bedtime and the possibility that she might close her eyes and miss something.
Oh the pain of sleeplessness...I remember it well, and it lasts until they're about 10...and then the teen years set in....
I'm glad you decided to stay home; it might help you salvage some of your sanity. Hang in there and keep reminding yourself how precious this time is and how quickly they will grow up!
Wish I was there to hold a tyke or two!
